Mai is a Senior Associate in Vietnam, specialising in project finance, M&A, capital markets and corporate and commercial law. She has advised on major investment and acquisition projects across the energy, infrastructure, banking and insurance sectors, and also has compliance experience, including anti-bribery and corruption matters.
