Our Vietnam office came together to celebrate Tết (Lunar New Year) — a time of renewal, gratitude and new beginnings. The celebration marked an opportunity to reflect on the past year and look ahead with optimism. Colleagues gathered to share traditional customs, festive treats and well wishes for health, prosperity and success in the year ahead. From red envelopes to seasonal decorations, the office embraced the spirit of Tết and the traditions that make this occasion so meaningful in Vietnam. Tết is also a reminder of the importance of connection — with family, community and colleagues. As we begin the new year, we carry forward that spirit in our work and relationships, continuing to support our clients and each other with energy and commitment. We were pleased to host two internal training sessions on ISDA Agreements and LMA / APLMA Lending Transactions. Delivered by Jakub Šťastný during his secondment from Kinstellar in Prague, the sessions provided valuable insight into key banking, finance and capital markets documentation and practice. Jakub’s deep expertise, particularly in relation to ISDA agreements, has been greatly appreciated by our team and has added further strength to the support we provide to clients across the region. We thank Jakub for sharing his knowledge and contributing to the continued development of our team.

Our Vietnam office enjoyed a memorable day at the Pickleball Championship 2025, held on Sunday, 7 December 2025. The tournament brought together 18 players from across the Kinstellar Southeast Asia network, all competing for the championship title and trophy. It was a great opportunity to connect outside work, enjoy some friendly competition and share in the energy of the day. Congratulations to all participants and winners for making the event such a success. We look forward to the next tournament.

We were delighted to welcome clients, colleagues and friends to an exclusive gathering at Elephant Bar, Raffles Le Royal, on Tuesday evening. The event was a valuable opportunity to reconnect, celebrate longstanding relationships and introduce new leaders joining our team.
