Linna Seangly

Linna specialises in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has more than 6 years of experience advising clients on cross-border litigation and arbitration disputes in Cambodia. She has completed Commercial Arbitration Skills Training Courses organised by the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and is on the path to becoming a qualified registered arbitrator in Cambodia. She has also completed training for approved persons in the trust sector with the Cambodian Trust Regulator.
