We were pleased to host two internal training sessions on ISDA Agreements and LMA / APLMA Lending Transactions.

Delivered by Jakub Šťastný during his secondment from Kinstellar in Prague, the sessions provided valuable insight into key banking, finance and capital markets documentation and practice. Jakub’s deep expertise, particularly in relation to ISDA agreements, has been greatly appreciated by our team and has added further strength to the support we provide to clients across the region.
