Phan Vinh Nhan

Phan Vinh Nhan is a Partner at Kinstellar Southeast Asia in Vietnam. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, capital markets, and general corporate matters.

Nhan has extensive experience advising on public and private M&A, investments, financings, restructurings, capital market transactions and other strategic transactions across a broad range of sectors, with particular strength in financial services. He regularly represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors throughout the investment lifecycle in Vietnam, from transaction structuring and financing to execution and post-completion integration.

Prior to joining Kinstellar Southeast Asia, Nhan was a Partner at regional and Vietnamese law firms, where he advised on many of Vietnam's complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
