Phan Vinh Nhan

Phan Vinh Nhan is a Partner at Kinstellar Southeast Asia in Vietnam, with over 20 years’ experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financings, and capital markets transactions.

Nhan regularly advises private equity sponsors, financial investors, multinational corporations and leading Vietnamese companies on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and public and private M&A. He has acted on a number of significant transactions in Vietnam, including strategic investments in Vietnamese banks and insurance companies, as well as private equity investments across the financial services, consumer, healthcare and renewable energy sectors.

Nhan also has extensive experience advising international and domestic lenders, sponsors and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including project and real estate financings, syndicated and secured lending, and other corporate financing transactions. On capital markets transactions, he advises issuers and underwriters on international and domestic bond offerings, convertible bond issuances, as well as on the Vietnamese law aspects of offshore equity and depositary receipt offerings.

Prior to joining Kinstellar Southeast Asia, Nhan was a Partner at regional and Vietnamese law firms, including Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam) and YKVN.
