Phong Nguyen

Phong is a Partner at Kinstellar Southeast Asia in Vietnam, advising on M&A, banking and finance, projects and energy, capital markets and employment matters. He has extensive experience in complex cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Asia Counsel, Phong worked at leading international law firms. He is particularly experienced in acquisitions, financings, investment projects, and energy and infrastructure matters. Phong advises international investors, lenders and corporates on a wide range of transactions in Vietnam and is known for delivering clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
