Justin Gisz

Justin is a Partner at Kinstellar Southeast Asia in Vietnam with more than 27 years of legal experience, including over 18 years practising in Vietnam.

He advises on corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on M&A, private equity, banking and finance, projects and energy, employment, and TMT-related transactions. Justin regularly acts for multinational corporations, investors and funds on acquisitions, financings and strategic investments, and is recognised for his responsiveness and commercially focused approach.
