Vanseka Sok

Vanseka is the Managing Partner of Sok Siphana Sethalay, in association with Kinstellar Southeast Asia, with more than 12 years of experience advising on financial law, commercial matters, investment and arbitration.

Her practice focuses on project finance, energy, banking and finance, and regulatory matters. She regularly advises international financial institutions, banks and government bodies on complex financing transactions, regulatory frameworks and investment projects in Cambodia. Vanseka is recognised for her strong technical expertise, deep understanding of the local regulatory landscape and practical, solutions-driven approach.
