Phong Nguyen

Phong is a Partner at Kinstellar Southeast Asia in Vietnam, advising on M&A, banking and finance, projects and energy, capital markets and employment matters. He has extensive experience in complex cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Asia Counsel, Phong worked at leading international law firms. He is particularly experienced in acquisitions, financings, investment projects, and energy and infrastructure matters.
