Rosette Sok

Rosette is a Senior Associate, and the Head of the Corporate Commercial and M&A Practice Group in Cambodia. She advises on M&A, capital markets, corporate and commercial law and infrastructure projects, with a focus on cross-border transactions. Rosette regularly supports clients on acquisitions, joint ventures and investment structuring, and is recognised for her practical and commercially focused approach.
