Sinath Un

Sinath brings more than 18 years of experience advising on project finance, mergers and acquisitions, banking transactions, and capital markets matters. He advises a broad spectrum of domestic and international clients, including banks, payment service providers, fintech companies, project sponsors, investment funds, development agencies and international organisations. His experience covers a wide range of sectors, including banking and finance, energy, telecommunications, tourism and trust management. In addition, he has advised lenders, lessors and aircraft owners on aviation leasing transactions in Cambodia. Beyond his client work, he has contributed to the development of Cambodia's regulatory framework through his involvement in the drafting and review of securities laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Kinstellar Southeast Asia, in association with Sok Siphana Sethalay Law Office, Sinath was a founding partner of SDS & Partners in Cambodia.
