Sokchantepy Sim (“Tepy”)

Tepy specialises in corporate registration advisory and corporate transactions. Her practice focuses on advising local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including company incorporations, corporate restructuring, shareholder and capital changes, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the preparation of legal memoranda. She also has experience conducting legal due diligence and assisting with domestic and cross-border transactions, including reviewing corporate records, identifying legal risks, preparing due diligence reports, and drafting and reviewing transaction and corporate documents.
